Loved this high-class hotel because of magnificent position along with efficient staff. The food was fantastic - lots of options.

Good location and atmosphere, in general a good stay for one night. Friendliness of staff, shuttle to the river.

A little bit old venue, nonetheless there were great staff and location. I had a delicious meal at the indoor restaurant.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, location and staff, it's nice place to stay. The venue was located just off shops bars. Furthermore it was just walking distance from House of Waterford Crystal.

The staff was friendly, the room was cool, everything was outstanding. TV, hairdryer and two windows in the room and the nice bed. We loved a terrific restaurant.

This was nicely decorated property with nice staff and service. We got room with beautiful decor and an elegant bathroom to relax. We loved the fact the hotel is in the center of Waterford. The beach nearby was clean and the view was breathtaking!

Very good value for money for Waterford. Five star location, very convenient facilities, absolutely fantastic staff. There were shopping malls and boutiques around the hotel. New building, quite clean and twin bedroom. All the services were outstanding here.

Sympathetic staff, updated and nicely furnished room, riverside location. Reasonably spacious suite and exceptionally comfortable bed. It's at walking distance from carter's chocolate cafe, I tried nice desserts there.

All in all it was great value, considering prices in Waterford. Breathtaking location, picturesque view, pristine beach. The breakfast was above average, plenty of amazing food. Room was well priced, reasonably priced. Good base for long weekend.

The weather was warm, had very lovely stay. Welcoming staff, so so comfy bed and cozy rooms. It was spacious enough and very clean too. Brilliant location on the waterfront with a great view. Also, easy to get to house waterford crystal.

Chilled-out base for a 2-night stay. The location was GREAT and beds were comfy. Adjacent to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. The hotel has queen room. Furthermore, public parking was nearby.
